Enables owners of eligible commercial and industrial buildings to finance up to 100% of energy efficiency, renewable energy and water conservation eligible improvements. This program can be coupled with IDAP listed above. Eligibility qualifications – must be in an eligible county (Larimer County is eligible), located on real property and be owned by an individual, business entity, or nonprofit. If the parcel is new construction, the building must be other than a residential building.
