The Edwards House is a historic boutique inn located in Old Town Fort Collins. In 1898, Alfred Augustus Edwards bought a lot from the Avery family (of the Avery House, which is directly east of the Edwards House) and in 1904, hired architect Montezuma Fuller to build a family home. The Edwards Family resided in the home until 1981, and was then expanded to add guest accommodations and become a bed & breakfast in 1993. In 2014 the Edwards House completed an extensive renovation which transformed the house into a boutique inn, preserving the Victorian charm and maintaining the historical significance of this local landmark.
