Las 4 Americas

Las 4 Americas is known as the local Tortilla shop or Tortilleria in the Fort Collins Latinx community. The shop is located at 1669 S. College Ave and was bought by the Orona family in 2008. The family business is run by husband and wife Luis and Luz María Orona, along with their three sons Luis Jr., Vicente, and Gavino.

Las 4 Americas started making and selling fresh flour, corn, and whole wheat tortillas and other fresh pastries, including their specialty pan dulce. They produce several thousand tortillas daily, serving walk-in customers, restaurants, and food trucks.

In 2015 they expanded their business by opening an Authentic Mexican Taqueria (street taco shop). Their menu is inspired by traditional Durango cuisine, the state where the Orona family comes from.

To fulfill the local Latinx market demand, they opened a grocery store within their shop which includes many imported Mexican products.

In 2017 the Orona family decided to expand once again and open a second location in Evans. The Orona family added a Carniceria (meat market) to that location serving fresh cut meats daily including beef, chicken, pork, and seafood sourced from local wholesale meat companies in Greeley.
