Vindeket Foods is a non-profit food rescue that partners with grocery stores, restaurants, and farms to reduce wasted food with the mission to create a no-cost market that is open to anyone, powered by community members working together to revalue food and one another. Vindeket Foods seeks to connect with the Fort Collins community, empowering individuals at any level in the socioeconomic structure to participate in the consumption of economically and environmentally sustainable foods. The marketplace makes it possible to eat sustainably, offering a variety of food products including fresh produce, bread, snacks, dairy, meat, and much more. Vindeket is open to families, college students, environmentally conscious consumers, seniors, and many more. Donations are welcomed during your shopping experience but not necessary.
