FoCo Cafe is the first and only nonprofit restaurant in Fort Collins. Their minimum monetary donation is $4 or 1 hour of volunteer service in exchange for a meal. The Cafe empowers through food by providing nutritious and delicious meals to all people regardless of their ability to pay while using mostly local, organic, and sustainably grown ingredients.
